CHRIS BREWSTER

Continuity and change in HRM

Chris had substantial industrial experience and got his doctorate from the London School of Economics before becoming an academic. He is now a part-time Professor of International Human Resource Management at Henley Business School, University of Reading in the UK, specializing in international and comparative HRM. He has been involved as author or editor in the publication of more than 40 books, including recently Work, Employment and Flexibility: Innovation, Technology and the Changing World of Work, Oxford Handbook of Contextual Approaches to Human Resource Management and Working Internationally: Expatriation, Migration and Other Global Work. He has contributed to more than 150 chapters in other books and almost 300 refereed journal articles.

SANTIAGO GUTIÉRREZ-BRONCANO

Servant leadership and its effect on reducing employee depression

Santiago Gutiérrez Broncano is a full-time Professor in Business Administration at University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain.  He earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration at University of San Pablo CEU-Madrid and a Master in Business and Management at Autonomous University of Madrid. Since then, he has acted as visiting scholar in prestigious universities.
His research interests focus on Organizational Behavior, High Performance Human Resource Practices, Leadership, Family Business and Small and Medium Enterprises, etc. He has published in impact journals such as Journal of Business Research, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Tourism Management Perspective, International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, Administrative Sciences, among others. He has participated in more than 50 national and international conferences and has supervised more than 12 doctoral theses, some of which have been internationally recognized and others have achieved high impact publications and even awards. Professor Gutiérrez Broncano has held different management positions within the University and he is currently Vice-Chancellor for Postgraduate Studies at University of Castilla-La Mancha.
Professor Gutiérrez belongs to Editorial Board Member of Cogent Business & Management and International Journal of Business Research Management (IJBRM).

Professor of Organizational Behavior and People Management at the University of Porto/ Faculty of Economics and Porto Business School. Course Director of the Master in Economics and Human Resources Management at the Faculty of Economics, UPorto and Principal Investigator of the Organizations & Management group at cef.up – Centre for Economics and Finance at UPorto.  
Consultant in Organizational Development.
Member of the Executive Board of ASM – Alliance for the Promotion of Mental Health in the Workplace.
Member of the Sloan Research Network on Aging & Work@Boston College and Management Committee Member for Portugal in COST Action CA22120 – A European Network to Leverage the Multi-Age Workforce (LeverAge). Research interests focused on age management in the workplace, thriving and humor in organizations. Author of articles in international journals such as the Journal of Managerial
Psychology, Career Development International, Journal of Management & Organization,
Journal of Marketing Management, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, among others. Co-author of the book “Gestão por Objetivos: Guias para reflexão e ação”.
